Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing documentation, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining effective communication between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer information, and order status.
- Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and summaries for management.
- Support sales meetings, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
- Handle after-sales coordination and assist in resolving customer issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
